BEET THE COLD SMOOTHIE #drinks #smoothies

Beet the cold power smoothie filled with beets, blueberries, lime juice and chia seeds. The perfect healthy & refreshing detox smoothie.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk or choice)
  • ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
  • ⅓ cup shredded beet (from about 1 medium beet)
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional but adds a nice sweetness)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Taste & adjust flavors as necessary – maple syrup for sweetness, lime juice for acidity, etc.
  3. Enjoy!
